A peaceful country walk along trails which follow the slopes of the vines.

From Trois Epis, a descent into the valley through the woods, to Katzenthal, Niedermorschwhir, Turckheim, Ammerschwihr, along marked trails twisting through the vineyards. Enjoy the marvellous seasonal colours of the vines which extend as far as the eye can see, explore villages in the heart of the vineyard and thrill to the unique beauty of this landscape.

A break for wine-tasting with welcoming independent wine-growers, gives you the ideal opportunity to learn to distinguish between the various Alsatian varieties and learn more about the products.

These enthusiasts will tell you how they work the land, the methods they use to produce their crops while respecting nature and the care they take to ensure the quality appropriate to each of their wines.

As they show you their products, they talk about traditions, with an expertise that goes back generations, revealing the typicality of Alsace.

On your return to the Villa Rosa, your hostess, Anne Rose, will have prepared some delicious dishes, cooked in a traditional and personal way: tradition and creativity.
