Cooking course in Colmar
In Colmar, not far from the town centre, Anny Mayer welcomes you into her kitchen to share her passion and experience. You will work in small groups of 6 to 8 people (maximum), in a spacious, clear and functional kitchen. The lesson lasts 4 hours, including tasting.
Whether you're a beginner or an enthusiast, this cooking course is for you.
A few examples of dishes that you will learn to prepare :
Traditional cooking :
Onion tart, chicken in Riesling, Alsatian Spaetzle (pasta), sauerkraut, liver dumplings, crispy salad with honey vinegar, quetsche plum and cinnamon soup, etc...
Gastronomic cuisine :
Fine onion and cumin tart, snail profiteroles with garlic and herbs, duck foie gras with verjuice, freshwater fish sauerkraut, white butter with Tokay, Munster fondant with chives served with a crispy cracker, etc...
This package includes :
- Demonstration and advice from a professional chef, while taking an active part in preparing recipes. The work areas, spread around a large granite table, are equipped with all the necessary equipment: chopping board, apron, knives, etc.
- A night in a 2 stars hotel
- A breakfast
- Tasting the dishes prepared at the end of the course
- A copy of the recipes
It does not include :
lunches, drinks, transport, personal expenses, insurance and administrative costs.
These cooking lessons can also be held for smaller groups (minimum 6 people).
